Got Water?

September 8, 2015 · 1 min read

Are you wondering if you’re drinking enough water? I was! So I made this little jar to help me. It is actually a little small, so I drink a water bottle of water when I wake up and again at 5:00.  An empty gallon jug works perfectly, but I wanted glass!

I found the jar at Hobby Lobby for $3! What a steal! There are lots of sayings you can add to keep you motivated — here are a few that I saw on Pinterest.

My favorite oils to drink in water these days are Young Living Peppermint or Lemon Essential Oils. They are great for supporting our respiratory, digestive, and immune systems. Head over to this page to learn more about Young Living essential oils and why we love them in our home! We have enjoying using them on our journey to health and wellness and I would love to help you do the same!
